The 90's: A Documentary For The Ages is a community-centered film close to my heart — and one I believe our community needs right now. This documentary explores mental health in the Black community through the lens of intergenerational storytelling, bringing together two powerful generations: individuals born in the 1990s and those who have lived 90 years and beyond.
Through candid conversations about stigma, coping, and healing, these voices paint an honest and hopeful portrait of resilience across time. The film also features insights from five licensed therapists in Cincinnati and Atlanta, grounding personal stories in professional perspective.
The 90's is more than a film — it's an invitation to talk, to listen, and to heal together.
A portion of the film will be screened at the Artswave Artist Showcase on July 17, 2026 at the Contemporary Arts Center in Cincinnati. Stay tuned.

The Beginning of Forever
Jackie has the voice of an angel and a life that looks perfect from the outside. But behind the music is a woman carrying wounds she has never fully faced.
When her marriage collapses, Jackie can no longer outrun her past. What follows is a raw, intimate journey through childhood trauma, broken trust, and the terrifying question she has avoided her whole life: Is true love actually possible for her?
The Beginning of Forever is a dramatic stage play about the courage it takes to start over and the hope that waits on the other side of our hardest truths.
Making its world premiere in October 2025, audiences called it inspiring, deeply authentic, and the kind of story that stays with you — and brings you back.
"This play will help a lot of people."

Boy Meets Girl: The Final Chapter
Colby and Michelle couldn't be more different — at least on the surface. He's a hard-charging White business executive. She's a grounded, meditative Black woman. When the elevator they share suddenly stalls, what begins as an awkward pause becomes an unexpected connection. Trapped between floors, they discover they have far more in common than either anticipated.
But the elevator doors eventually open — and life outside is a different story.
Boy Meets Girl: The Final Chapter is a story about attraction, assumption, and the real work of human connection. It asks the questions we don't always say out loud: Can a relationship built in a moment withstand the weight of the world? And perhaps more honestly — should it?
Release date to be announced. Stay tuned.
It's Complicated
In a world where everyone's highlight reel is perfectly curated, It's Complicated lifts the digital veil — exposing the messy, real lives hiding behind the posts. Meet a man with a secret he can't keep much longer, a couple teetering on the edge of collapse, and a wisecracking niece who lives for the drama and isn't afraid to stir it up.
Secrets will be revealed. A few hearts just might be healed.
Packed with drama, humor, music, and more than a few moments that'll make you go "hmmm" — this is the kind of show you won't want to experience alone. Bring somebody.
It's Complicated premiered in Cincinnati in 2024 to multiple sold-out performances before taking the show to Chicago. The script has since earned the Urban Media Makers Top 30 Script Award — a testament to the story's reach and resonance well beyond the stage.
